In her position she was lead marketer of Philips UK consumer lifestyle and area marketing officer for Philips UK.
Paul Hobden, customer marketing director of TV, will take on part of her responsibilities to also become the lead marketer for the consumer lifestyle division.
Jodie Bridge, who has been appointed customer marketing manager of health and wellness, will take on the role on her return from maternity leave later this year.
The position of area marketing officer for Philips UK will be filled by Peter Sutton, currently marketing director Philips Healthcare.
Guest has been with the company for eight years and contributed to the development of the Philips Consumer Lifestyle portfolio.
She initially started within Philips Domestic Appliances and Personal Care as marketing manager for kitchen appliances.
Philips produces healthcare, lighting and consumer lifestyle products. It reported sales of €27bn (£24bn) last year.
