Marketers should only push through innovation that is responsible and genuinely improves the lives of users, according to Pinterest marketing director of Europe, Louise Richardson. Speaking at the Festival of Marketing: Fast Forward, Richardson discussed the social media platform’s launch last year of an augmented reality product called Try-On, which allows users to try on make-up virtually.
