The company issued a European Community tender document today, with agencies required to reply with a request for participation by 16 July.

A shortlist of agencies that will pitch for the business will be identified in August.

Services included in the tender document are strategic planning, creative development of advertising campaigns, account and campaign management to promote the brand and brand products.

The winning agency will be appointed for a three-year period, Mother won a similar review in 2007, after the agency pitched against Grey London and DDB UK.

The agency created ads starring Sir Roger Moore and Joan Collins, among others. Prior to Mother, Publicis held business for six years.

Media planning and buying and direct response services are not part of the review. DraftFCB retained the Post Office’s direct marketing account recently.
