QD Stores ups customer service with back office IT

Independent value retailer, QD Stores Group, is improving its stock levels – and gaining better customer insight – through a new SAP implementation. In addition, being able to use intelligence to make decisions based on facts that will tell us what a customer wants will be critical to our growth plans,” says Justin Farrington-Smith, managing director of QD Stores Group.
