QXL this week launches an offline catalogue and an online game in the run-up to Christmas.
The company has printed 250,000 copies of the catalogue, which is being mailed to customers who have recently used the UK site. They will also be distributed as inserts in T3 and PC Format magazines.
As QXL doesn’t carry stock items, it has had to liaise with partners to identify the products they will be carrying during the Christmas season.
The game, which will offer cash prizes, is available at QXL and games site Tombola.com. It is intended both to encourage repeat visits and to bring in new visitors from Tombola.
