RH Advertising wins three-year Traveline South West contract

Integrated agency RH Advertising has been appointed to handle a three-year project for Traveline South West following a pitch against a number of undisclosed agencies. The company is the largest provider of public transport information in the region.

The agency’s contract will include a marketing campaign for spring next year aimed at raising awareness of the benefits of travelling by bus, rail coach and ferry.

The integrated campaign will include TV, press, outdoor and radio, as well as a series of events throughout the region.

RH Advertising managing director, Richard Marsh, says the agency will aim to “dramatically increase” the use of public transport across the South West region.

Traveline South West encompasses locations such as Devon, Cornwall, Bristol, Swindon and Wiltshire. It gives customers the opportunity to get impartial timetable information for every public transport operator in the South West and all journeys using local bus, national rail, coach, local ferry, or a combination of all four.
