Save & Prosper, the UK retail arm of Robert Fleming, the investment bank, has split its group marketing into two divisions, following the departure of sales and marketing director John Humpish.

Under the restructure, S&P marketing is divided into separate banking and investment divisions, to bring it into line with the organisation as a whole. No jobs have been lost or created in the restructure.

Andrew Lowe, former product development manager for S&P’s bank, Fleming Premier Banking, has become head of marketing. He reports to Piers White, director of retail banking, and is in charge of a team of nine marketers.

Meanwhile, Save & Prosper Direct managing director Fiona Hubert has been appointed head of the new investment marketing division. The division is responsible for Save & Prosper Direct and Fleming Asset Management, which sells S&P products through independent financial advisors. Hubert reports to S&P chief executive Colette Bowe.

Both Hubert and Lowe will be responsible for advertising, e-commerce, market research, sales development and public relations.

Fleming Premier Banking is a direct bank offering high-interest current and savings accounts.
