Start Creative chosen for COI branding task

The Central Office of Information (COI) and Communities and Local Government (CLG) have appointed Start Creative to help develop a brand for a programme of citizen engagement.

The appointment follows a three-way pitch managed by COI.

Part of the programme of citizen engagement includes a campaign designed to increase the number of individuals actively participating in society. Local people will be encouraged to help shape their services and communities.

The agency will create a brand to support the campaign, which will run across the UK later this year. The brand will be applied across all printed and online communications activity.

COI Publications Head of Creative Services Fanny Sigler says:”This is a very exciting project spanning a wide range of skills, from propositions and personality development to brand language and story creation.
