TCA signs designers and podcasters

TCA%20Prevezer%20and%20LeighThe Communications Agency (TCA) has signed partnership deals with two agencies to bolster its design and content.

The integrated agency has teamed up with designers February and content and podcasting company Brand Spanking.

TCA chief executive Adam Leigh says/ "We have enjoyed significant growth in the last year and we are confident that we are more than ever a viable provider of a one-stop shop for clients."

February is run by Andy Ellis and specialises in property development marketing and retail. Brand Spanking, headed by David Prever, will work with existing TCA clients. Both will move to TCA’s Marylebone offices in London, The agency predicts the podcasting advertising market will grow from £40m to £200m by 2011.

TCA was established by Robert Prevezer in 1986 and its clients include Disney, RBS and American Express.

"TCA was founded on the principle of developing the right communications solutions for our clients," says TCA chairman Prevezer. "This move reflects the all-round strength of our offer."

Former Euro RSCG London managing director Leigh joined TCA at the end of 2005 as chief executive (MW October 20, 2005) and runs the business with Prevezer.

Leigh left Euro RSCG at the end of 2004 after a period of upheaval. He said it was time to leave and was reported to have refused then chairman Ben Langdon’s offer of a deputy chairmanship.
