The Department for Culture, Media and Sport has unveiled the draft form of its Gambling Bill, which will deregulate the gaming industry. The bill stipulates that advertising within the industry will be subject to stringent rules from the Gambling Commission, which will also have the power to issue codes of advertising practice.
