The Licensing Company launches consultancy arm

The Licensing Company, the international licensing agency, has launched a new consultancy division to advise brand owners on licensing strategies.

The new division, called TLC Consultancy, will advise companies on the potential for extensions and licensing programmes across their brands to help build business and identify new revenue streams.

The division will be headed by former Ipsos Mori research director Peter Hasler. He will work with TLC managing directors Angela Farrugia and Melvin Thomas.

Hasler will be based in London, but will also be responsible for overseeing operations in Paris, Tokyo and New York.

Brands working with the consultancy division include IBM, Britax and Jigsaw.
