They really are just hopping mad

Christmas shopping may be starting earlier each year, but the Diary is way ahead. Our dark and dingy offices have been brightened by the arrival of the Easter bunny – in November.

Chocolate manufacturer Lindt is already pushing its “stylish and delicious” 2002 Easter range.

Novelty items in the range include a Golden Bunny and Carrot Gift, the Gold Bunny Tin and the Gold Bunny Nest. Boy are these guys into their bunnies.

But for those of us who haven’t even drawn up a Christmas-card list yet, Easter is the last thing on our minds. We look forward to receiving details of Top Shop’s new swimwear range next week.
