Thompson quits Haystack after six years

Suki Thompson is leaving The Haystack Group after six years to pursue other interests and is expected to launch a new venture later in the year. The consultancy will now be run by Alan Thompson.

The consultancy has consolidated its position in the matchmaker market in the audit, search and selection client-agency relationship. It has worked with clients including Sainsbury’s, The Post Office and BskyB.

Thompson says: “I have mixed feelings about leaving Haystack, the company that Alan and I founded. But I am looking forward to new challenges.”

Earlier this year the company announced a strategic partnership with David Wethey’s AAI.

The Haystack Group was launched 2001, founded by the husband and wife team. The two have now separated.
