Toptable recruits former Capital Radio and Bauer marketer

Toptable, the dining online restaurant reservation service, has appointed former Capital Radio and lastminute.com marketer Carl Lyons as marketing director.

Lyons was involved in the launch of lastminute.com and has also held senior marketing roles at Guinness, the Guardian and Capital Radio. He headed the digital marketing at Bauer and held the position of marketing director at Capital Radio.

Just-Eat.co.uk poached Top Table head of brand marketing Mat Braddy to be global marketing manager in October last tear.

Top Table operates internationally and incorporates a user rating and review service.

Chris Wood, managing director of Top Table, says: “Carl’s breadth of knowledge further strengthens our management team and he will play a major role in accelerating our ambitious expansion plans internationally and across mobile and social media.”
