Rapier will redesign Travelodge’s website and manage both its online creative advertising and eCRM activity.
The hotel chain last relaunched its site in May 2008 after appointing digital agency Twentysix London to handle development of the site. The overhaul allowed visitors to buy tickets to local attractions and shows as well as accommodation
Rapier won the account following a pitch against an undisclosed number of agencies.
The hotel chain is also reviewing its above-the-line advertising account after calling a pitch for its TV campaign last year.
