Looking ahead
Marketing Week’s Festival of Marketing took place this week. Despite the promise the name carries, sessions were not blind to the challenges of the economic environment everyone attending is facing. To quote Mark Ritson offering his assessment of the outlook in the day’s opener: “You’re fucked”. Albeit there was no typical livery associated with a festival, it did showcase the best the industry can offer in solutions to universal challenges.
