Bolt appears in a DDB created television advertisement with a blond goatee beard attempting to pass himself off as Sir Richard Branson, despite the Virgin group founder’s attempts to extricate the runner from his office.

TV activity is backed by press, outdoor, social, retail and online ads promoting what the company claims will be a doubling of broadband speeds for over four million households.

The campaign introduces the strapline “keep up”.

A faux Twitter spat between Bolt and Sir Richard has been running using hashtag #IamRBranson.
