Andy Duncan has a track record with new, national institutions, with hugely successful tenures at Channel 4, where he increased viewing share by 10% in five years, and Unilever. He currently has two jobs – as president of the Advertising Association and UK CEO of Camelot. A life-long marketer, he is proof that marketing professionals can access the board. He puts his success down to accessing the purpose behind the commercial imperative. “My challenge is to transform the business into the world’s leading digital lottery company while continuing, as stewards of a national institution, to raise over £33m in funding for National Lottery projects each and every week,” he says.
