Barbara Haase is all about customer engagement. In December, the company launched ‘Vodafone Firsts’ to gain deeper interaction with its 40 million customers by celebrating individual achievements. “Our technology can enable and inspire people to do something amazing for the first time,” she says. Haase rejoined Vodafone in 2012 after holding senior marketing roles for the Mini brand at BMW and Sony Corporation.
