Gill Moore says she is good at spotting and nurturing talent. Since becoming group marketing director in January 2012, Moore and her team have helped mould the fashion retailer’s online strategy, overhauling its website and developing apps. New Look now has over three million likes on Facebook and 323,000 Twitter followers. Internet sales rocketed 50 per cent in the last quarter of 2013. New Look is now expanding into China, Poland and Germany.
