As a former marketer for Hugo Boss fragrances and now at luxury diamond house De Beers, Jennie Farmer has always been motivated by brands that inspire passion. Working for a brand where she truly loves both the product and the spirit of the company is not without its challenges; she has to manage the balance between generating creative ideas and “ensuring a beautiful, luxury execution at every touchpoint”. Farmer is particularly proud of her involvement in the De Beers ‘Moments in Light’ programme which champions the work of talented women and tells their inspiring stories to the world. It also incorporates a charitable element, giving back through Women for Women International, a charity that helps to empower women in countries that have been affected by war and conflict.
