Vision 100

Jeremy Basset

Unilever Foundry

Jeremy Basset’s job at the FMCG giant is, he states, to drive technological and cultural transformation across the organisation through helping Unilever partner with innovators, startups and corporates which are pioneering the future. It is no wonder then that he claims his biggest challenges are his “inbox and organisational inertia but mostly my inbox.” Basset has been at Unilever for more than a decade and launched the Foundry in 2014. Despite being part of such a large and established global business, Basset says his role has enabled him to learn the virtues of the entrepreneur and the value in partnering with startups.

Best advice: “Be the change.”
