Nicola Mendelsohn worked in agencies before she had a vision of the future of marketing: Facebook. She joined Facebook in June 2013 and is tasked with keeping the social network front-of-mind for brands when they are planning marketing campaigns. One of the first things she did was establish a UK advisory board of 15 senior marketers to give feedback on Facebook’s ad products. She has a strong social conscience and was the first fem president of the IPA.
