Under the marketing leadership of Nicole Hubbard, the UK has been one of Nike’s best performing markets in recent years. Hubbard was promoted from marketing director Northern Europe to UK marketing head in 2012. Prior to this, she held senior roles in the US and Europe for the sportswear brand. Sports events are, of course, inspiration points for Nike and it is preparing an unprecedented level of product innovation for the Rio Olympics and Euro 2016.
