Nina Bibby

With a highly commercial heritage that began in investment banking, Nina Bibby brings a wide variety of experience to her role at O2. When she was appointed in 2013, the operator’s CEO Ronan Dunne said her experience would be “invaluable” in O2’s drive to becoming a digital services company. In her previous role at Barclaycard, Bibby was at the forefront of digital services with the introduction of PayTag contactless payments. She says that in her position as ‘change agent’ it is important to mitigate striving for perfection with the need to get the product out there. “In driving change, it is more important to bring the organisation with you than get the solution 100% right. As an ex-consultant moving to the client side, this was vital advice,” she says.
