Now a freelance brand and creative director, Olivia Robinson was previously brand and creative director at premium nursery brand Mamas & Papas. She was tasked with taking the brand international by catering product ranges to global tastes. She admits, however, that being able to separate work and home can be difficult, stating her biggest challenge is work/life balance and making sure the pendulum swings both ways. “When you’re so passionate about a brand it’s hard to know when it’s time to stop,” she says.
Best advice: "Nurture your imagination and feed your creativity. Plan a couple of hours a week with just you and your thoughts. If you don’t, no one else will."
