Robert Bridge became chief customer officer at Telegraph Media Group in March 2016, following six years at Yahoo, where he was VP of international marketing. He says operating efficiently but effectively in so many countries is a constant challenge for global businesses but the answer is “being able to scale campaigns and activities while still maintaining relevance that really reaches and engages with your local audiences”.
