Shadi Halliwell now leads marketing at Harvey Nichols, having joined the retailer in 2014. Prior to that she spent 23 years at O2, where she worked as head of brand. During her time at the mobile giant she helped O2 become the UK’s second biggest ticket vendor, with six million people buying tickets through O2 Priority Moments.
