Simon Carter is a clear-eyed visionary with a raft of senior roles under his belt in both the B2B and B2C sectors. His first job was as a graduate in a NatWest branch and he says those two years shaped everything he does now. He adds: “I learned how customers interact with a business – and how the frontline responds to missives from head office.” He has revolutionised Fujitsu’s marketing practices and was appointed to the UK executive board in 2014.
