Stephen Vowles joined Argos in 2013 to steer its digital retail strategy and build business by being more consumer focused in a competitive market. His experience at Ladbrokes, where he restructured the marketing function to integrate digital and traditional channels, is valued highly, as is his past career in finance. He has also worked at Sainsbury’s, Thomas Cook and Procter & Gamble, with P&G mantra ‘Begin with the end in mind’ staying with him.
