Thomas Delabriere began in sales then moved into marketing, working in category management along the way. He says that having varied roles helps him to see businesses from different perspectives. Mars named Delabriere as marketing director for its Bitesize brands in April 2012, recruiting him from Innocent Drinks. Before that he worked for Unilever France and Danone. Agencies that have worked with him call him a “dream client” and say he has an instinct for a good idea.
