Tom Fox had a successful spell as chief commercial officer at Arsenal FC between 2009 and 2014, helping to spearhead the growth of the club’s brand around the world. Fox, who has a sports marketing background and has also worked at Pepsi, left Arsenal to become CEO of Aston Villa – a role he held until 2016.
