Trevor Field has planned marketing campaigns for The Rolling Stones, Katy Perry and West Bromwich Albion, and his fearlessness has helped drive sales in the new electronic cigarette category. Field has been at E-Lites – the first ecigarette brand to advertise on TV – for nearly three years. So far up to 24 million TV viewers and two million YouTube users have seen the ad. Product placement in a Lily Allen video – another ex-client – has also proven a great success.
