Waitrose claims Woolworths ads feature ‘very noticable similarities’

Waitrose is claiming that one of Woolworths’ Christmas ads features some ‘very noticable similarities’ to its own seasonal 2002 campaign, created by Banks Hoggins O’Shea. The Woolworths ad was created by Bartle Bogle Hegarty and both campaigns featured a Santa character creeping around a sleeping household with a slumbering dog.
