Waitrose to sponsor music and arts festival
Waitrose is to sponsor boutique family festival the Wychwood Festival.
The sixth Wychwood Festival takes place at Cheltenham Racecourse from June 4-6. Bands playing include The Lightning Seeds, The Levellers and The Happy Mondays.
The event is regarded as one of the UK’s most family and green friendly festivals and also includes artistic performances and comedy performers.
The supermarket has just relaunched its monthly magazine as Waitrose Kitchen and is introducing a weekly publication, Waitrose Weekend.
The 16-page Weekend title aims to “help families make the most of their weekends” with tips on food, drink, books and trips.
Both magazines will be available in stores on Thursday (25 March.).
