JRA Research have earned a reputation for providing reliable research and actionable results, using both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
Consumer testing of all types of FMCG products forms a major part of our business. We dynamically develop new analysis techniques to ensure our clients get the best possible value from the data, for example our Product Mappings and Brand Added Value Indices.
Following significant growth in the telephone research fieldwork side of our business, we have expanded to new state-of-the-art call centre premises in Nottingham. The new premises provides a market research “centre of excellence” ensuring that Telephone surveys remain a strong offering within our portfolio.
