Saatchi & Saatchi has hired Marc Huijbregts, previously managing director of Agency.com Netherlands, as digital director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
He will be based in the London agency and will work with the worldwide digital creative director, Tom Eslinger. He will report to Saatchi & Saatchi EMEA chief executive, Simon Francis.
Huijbregts has been charged with building on integrated digital work for campaigns such as T-Mobile “Dance”.
He will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for the agency’s digital proposition, as well as training and educating staff and clients about the area of digital communications.

Huijbregts was managing director of Agency.com in the Netherlands for two years. Prior to that role he worked at Clockwork for ten years.
