Johnson & Johnson UK managing director Tom McManus is understood to be moving to a European position as area manager for Europe.

Mike Head, already at J&J, is coming in to replace him. At the same time marketing director Gary Bembridge is being given the role of franchise director, responsible for marketing baby products across Europe. He will be replaced by Barton Warner, as general marketing manager.

In April this year it ran a new 5m advertising campaign for its Baby Bath, Moisturising Baby Lotion and Baby shampoo brands through CM Lintas (MW March 31). It recently consolidated its 16m media buying account into BMP DDB Needham (MW May 25).
