ORC International is a research agency with offices in the UK, North America, Australia and Asia – all
with the resources and expertise to provide clients with a unique combination of capabilities on both a

In the UK the company is renowned for conducting effective customer and employee research, driven
by industry knowledge and research expertise in both the public and private sectors. Work is delivered
using the most appropriate technology-based solutions: for gathering data; managing programmes
online; and creating dynamic, real-time reporting systems and analysis methods that enhance the ability
to focus on adding value to the research.

The company provides a comprehensive range of ad hoc, syndicated and continuous research facilities,
using a wide range of techniques, including online surveys, telephone and face-to-face interviewing,

In the UK, ORC International offers the following facilities:
• In-house telephone centre with 60 dedicated lines, each equipped with CATI facilities. Telephone
interviewing is undertaken throughout the UK and Europe.
• A national field force of more than 400 interviewers.
• In-house data preparation and processing, providing fast turnaround of results.
• In-house survey computing which is able to add value to survey data through programming, data
mining, modelling, data analysis and reporting.
• A dedicated ORC e-Insight team comprising Internet research and programming experts who
develop individually tailored online research applications.
