First Direct is extending its Tell Me One Good Thing advertising campaign. A 60-second cinema ad and a poster campaign through WCRS will be launched on Friday. The cinema ad uses real bank customers and asks them to say one good thing about their bank. Only the First Direct customer is able to reply. Mike Philipson, First Direct brand communications manager, says the campaign is intended to raise awareness of First Direct as a phone bank. He says the push will run for a further six months and be superseded by a brand-building campaign.
