Yakult, the probiotic drink, is launching a 2.5m campaign this week featuring computer-generated images of the human gut.
The ad travels through a “highly magnified” digestive system to show that good and bad bacteria live there. The 30-second execution has a voiceover by Griff Rhys Jones and will run for six weeks. It will be supported by a print campaign.
It is the first work from Euro RSCG London, which won the account earlier this year.
The agency worked with research teams from the University of Reading and St Marks Hospital, Harrow, to create a scientifically accurate representation.
