The former marketing and sales director of LBM Marketing will focus on the development of existing client services as well as new business.
The company adds that it hopes Payne-Gill’s appointment will “also broaden the reach of Qbase from its current strength in mail order, charity, publishing and Government sectors into other industries.”
He replaces Keith Jones who joined Royal Mail as its head of data strategy earlier this month.
Qbase focusses on managing disparate client data sets with the aim of providing business intelligence and improving return on investment in customer retention, development and new business acquisition.
Earlier this year, it introduced new data disposal system to help firms ensure that old data files are disposed of in a safe, secure and certified way following a number of headline-grabbing examples of personal information being found in old computers.
