Motive lands 2m Bowyers

Motive Communications has won the 2m relaunch of the Pork Farm Bowyers pork pie range. The creative account has gone to Mustoe Merriman Herring Levy.

Andy Roberts, buying director of Motive, says: “These are very interesting brands to be working with.

“There is a growing counter culture towards ‘real food’, such as pork pies, and Pork Farm Bowyers has a great heritage in this area.”

Garry Smith, marketing director of Pork Farm Bowyers, comments: “Motive was appointed alongside Mustoe Merriman because they have a very strong working relationship and a focused strategic approach towards the development of our brands.”

Motive was appointed last week, although the pitch for the business, which also included Banks Hoggins O’Shea and Partners BDDH, took place last year.
