Claims Direct, the personal injury compensation service, is to overhaul its brand positioning following the appointment of digital agency GraphicoDMG to handle its advertising account.
The service is set to launch a television campaign next week to introduce a new logo, strapline and positioning.
“Claims… Direct and to the point” will replace “Claims Direct. Solicitors plain and simple” with the aim of building “the promise into the brand itself”.
In 2007, Claims Direct, which is the trading name of law firm Russell Jones & Walker Solicitors, hired Air and All Response Media to handle its creative and media accounts respectively.
The hires came ahead of a major relaunch aimed to take advantage of changes in the legal sector that allowed investment in law firms by third parties.
