Apple has been admonished by the UK Court of Appeal, which has said the statement the technology company was ordered to place on its website acknowledging Samsung did not copy the iPad’s design is “non compliant” because it lacked prominence and included additional “incorrect” information beyond what the judge had ordered to be published.
